The First Nation Think Tank at Make It Happen HQ is a collective of First Nation experts, allies, and accomplices. We are dedicated to providing advice and innovative solutions to the specific political and economic challenges faced by First Nation people and communities. Our focus is on creating impactful change through strategic thinking and collaborative action.

We partner with value-aligned organisations to deliver projects that have a direct and meaningful impact on First Nation people and communities. Our collaborations range from domestic initiatives to international ventures, all aimed at making a significant difference in the lives of First Nation people.

Our goal is to demonstrate the value of First Nation leadership and entrepreneurship. We measure the social impact and showcase the direct contribution of First Nation businesses to the economy and community. We empower First Nation entrepreneurs to be at the forefront of driving positive change and strategic decision-making.

POLICY

Think tanks play a crucial role in shaping evidence-informed change. We aim to produce high-quality public policy recommendations through collaborative partnerships. Our focus is on improving Australia’s First Nation trade relations and economic self-determination, with First Nation entrepreneurship being a central element.

Innovation is at the heart of what we do. We use our Think Tank to create a critical path to success, utilising our focus areas to drive evidence-based innovation in support of First Nation entrepreneurship advancement.
